I am mostly an educator, facilitator and organizer, but also an author. I have written and published published a book “Stories That Create” and launched my own video and podcast channels.

I have been present at many beginnings – at “Let’s Do It!” clean-up project in 2008 that has grown into one of the biggest environmental literally hands-on movements in the world, Gaia Academy that offers holistic whole-person education for adults, Gaia School as a registered private school for classes 1-12 in Estonia, Global Ecovillage Networks’s branch in Estonia, nature-friendly forest cooperatives, Estonian Green Party (I was Estonian Green Party MP in 2007-2011) etc.

One of my main passions has been working with people, with groups and communities. I have facilitated hundreds of processes using Open Space Technology, Dragon Dreaming, The Work That Reconnects and of course – circles. Also I have led tens of Deep Time Walks and have developed the interdisciplinary and holistic program for gymnasium – “The Best Village In The World”.
